Getting started
A mobile app for frequent flyers that tracks airline loyalty status. Add your programs, set tier goals, log flights, and book status runs — the cheapest route to your next tier. It runs on iPhone and Android.
A trip taken mainly to earn or keep elite status. Status Runner searches real routes and fares and ranks them by the status credits and points they earn, so you get the most status for the least money and time.
Add a loyalty program with your current tier and renewal date, then add a goal — a target tier and goal year. The app tracks the gap and updates as you log flights.
Status Runner is built around a database of airlines, routes and earning tables, with strong Australian coverage (Qantas, Velocity and more). If a program or route is missing, tell us via contact.
Accounts & sign-in
Passwordless. Instead of a password, we email you a one-time six-digit code to sign in — nothing to forget or leak.
Check your spam or junk folder and confirm you used the right email. Codes are time-limited, so request a fresh one if a few minutes have passed. Still stuck? Email support@statusrunner.app.
Sign in with the same email on each device. For security, we note the device name and platform when you sign in so we can recognise your trusted devices.
Privacy & data
No. Status Runner has no advertising or analytics SDKs and doesn't track you across other apps or sites. See Privacy & Data.
No. The card features track rewards, not payments — only a nickname, signup bonus, fee and dates. Never card numbers, CVV or expiry.
The Privacy & Data page walks through downloading a copy of your data and deleting your account, and lists all your rights.
Billing
Free to download on the App Store and Google Play. Any in-app pricing is shown on the store listing and inside the app before you're charged. [TODO: confirm your pricing model — free / one-off / subscription]
Purchases through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them under their policies. If something isn't working, email us first — we'd rather fix it.
